When he gets papers from a client, their preliminary verification takes him an average of 4h 12min. If he sees an error, he says it straight, without unnecessary paperwork and diplomacy. He believes it's better to fix an error in the office in 15 minutes than to wait for a letter from the Ministry of Health for 3 weeks.

In 2024, Tomasz personally supervised the closure of 31 cases in the Ministry of Health. All passed before the set deadline. Tomasz makes sure that every procedure is conducted in accordance with the pharmaceutical law act. He doesn't look for shortcuts because those usually end in penalties. His method is concrete deadlines: if he promises that the report will be ready on Tuesday at 10:00 AM, that's exactly how it will be.
