What are these regulations about?
This document is a collection of simple rules that apply at SanofyvisionIndia Pharma Relations. Our office is located in Poznań at 24 Mickiewicza Street. Since you're here, you're probably interested in drug registration or contact with the Ministry of Health. By using this site and our services, you agree to these rules. We do not use fine print or difficult words because we respect your time. Barbara Zając ensures that every collaboration is based on honesty and specifics. We have been operating since September 2016 and we know that clear rules of the game are the foundation of success in the pharmaceutical industry.

We do not look for problems, only for solutions that will allow your products to reach pharmacy shelves without unnecessary paperwork and stress. Our services and your obligations
We register drugs and monitor technical documentation. This is our daily work, which we perform in accordance with the pharmaceutical law act. You provide us with the dossier and true data about your products, and we do the rest. If there are deficiencies in your papers, we say it straight. We do not promise that the office will issue a decision in a week, because that's impossible. However, we know the real deadlines and stick to them firmly. Since 2016, we have closed 217 such cases, so we know exactly what passes verification without additional questions.
Your duty is to inform us about every change in drug composition, its manufacturing site, or trade name. We then prepare the appropriate Type IA, IB, or II notification. If we get wrong data from you, the whole process may come to a standstill. That's why we focus on a concrete and fast flow of information. Together we make sure that the Polish patient gets a safe medication on time. We act without fluff, focusing on having the documentation ready for submission on the agreed date.
Payments and concrete prices
At SanofyvisionIndia, we apply clear rules of the game when it comes to money. There are no hidden costs or sudden surcharges for every letter sent or short consultation. Prices for the main services are known from the first meeting. For example, a dossier audit costs 4,320 PLN net, and full drug registration handling is an expense of 12,740 PLN net. You pay for concrete work and the time of our specialists, such as Marek Wiśniewski or Alicja Król. We issue invoices reliably and expect the same from your company.
If the office requires additional administrative fees, you make the transfer directly to the account of the relevant institution. We only make sure the amount is correct and paid on time. Once we recovered 1.2 million PLN for a client because we noticed an office error in penalty calculation. This shows that monitoring the numbers simply pays off. If you are more than 14 days late with payment, we may stop work on your application. We respect your business and ask for the same in return.
Responsibility and safety
We have vast knowledge of the regulations, but the final word always belongs to the official at the Ministry of Health or the Registration Office. We are not responsible for sudden changes in the law that come into force during the project. Our effectiveness is 97.3%, which is a very high result, but we do not give a guarantee of success in every, even the most difficult, case. We usually respond to office comments in 2 hours and 14 minutes, and we prepare full answers in 48 hours. However, if the process is interrupted for reasons lies on the side of the office, we do not bear financial responsibility for it.
We care about total safety of your data and confidentiality of formulas. Our team is people who have seen hundreds of dossiers and know how to protect your trade secrets. If we notice a critical error in the chemical part of the documentation, we can fix it in 19 days, saving the process from closure. We act efficiently, but always within the limits of the applicable law. Your dossier is safe with us because we use proven archiving and document flow procedures.
Contact and changes to rules
We may sometimes update these rules if the regulations or the way offices work change. We will inform you about the most important changes by e-mail. If you do not agree to the new conditions, you have the right to terminate cooperation with us after settling the amounts for the already completed stages. We handle most cases remotely, which saves your time and money. If you prefer to meet in person, we invite you to our office in Poznań. We are open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and on Fridays until 3:00 PM.
